Metamorfose the Movement stands up for a wholeness perspective, not as a separating broken fragments of life. We focus on the interconnection of body, mind and emotions, as a one single unit. This principle is across of all our services and programs, the combination between the “doing” and “thinking” for a positive transformation in our lives.

We provide our community with knowledge, tools and practices based on the following elements:

Inner peace

Achieve peace is a continuous journey. We are able to master a shift of perspective on our problems and struggles, in order to not lose our inner peace for anything whatsoever.

Relaxation

Relaxation practices as breath work, meditation, yoga or other mindfulness exercise, have great benefits at the molecular level and can change our genetic destiny.

Emotions

Emotions are tools of creation. We can develop the ability to create emotions and self-regulate by choosing how to think, feel, act and react to people, circumstances, and situations in our lives.

Balance

Bringing balance to our lives by learning how to shorten our emotional reactions should diminish the hormones of stress that push the genes which create diseases.

Relationships

Good relationships keep us happier and healthier. Good relationships don't just protect our bodies, they protect our brains.

Gratitude practice

Gratitude is an elevated emotion that has a great effect on the body, including strengthening the immune system and upregulating genes.

Educational process of yourself, get to know your body better, understand your body warnings signs, make the right choices for what your body needs in specific moments.
